PPP SUFFERS MAJOR JOLT-INCHARGE NIHAL SINGH WALA AND TWO GENERAL COUNCIL MEMBERS JOINS SAD

Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal, President Shiromani Akali Dal and Deputy Chief Minister Punjab and Mr. Nidharak Singh Brar, Vice President and Spokesman, Shiromani Akali Dal welcoming Mr. Jaswinder Singh Kussa, Mr. Ajaib Singh Bahona and Mr. Malkiat Singh Khaee in the party fold.

Chandigarh, October 8 - Manpreet’s hatchling party Peoples Party of Punjab (PPP) today suffered a major jolt as Mr. Jaswinder Singh Kussa, PPP Incharge Nihal Singh Wala constituency, and Mr. Ajaib Singh Bahona and Mr. Malkiat Singh Khaee, both member of General Council PPP joined Shiromani Akali Dal in the presence of party President and Deputy Chief Minister Punjab Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal. The desertion of these leaders is considered as complete decimation of PPP in Moga.

         Welcoming Kussa, Bahona and Khaee in the party fold, Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal said that PPP leaders from all the districts were making beeline to join Shiromani Akali Dal as they were totally frustrated, disheartened and demoralized with the exposure of their leader’s ties with anti Punjab Congress party. He said that the leaders, who joined PPP, have understood the conspiracy behind this experiment and now PPP was a single man party. ‘History witnessed that whosoever left Shiromani Akali Dal had lost his political existence’, Mr. Badal added. 

          Announcing their unconditional support to the party, Mr. Jaswinder Singh Kussa said that the pro-people policies of the party Patron Mr. Parkash Singh Badal and vision of party President Sukhbir Singh Badal had not only ensured the Akali government in the state for next 25 years but also put the Punjab in the higher orbit of glory and development. He promised to work with full dedication for the betterment of the party.

          On this occasion, Mr. Nidharak Singh Brar, Vice President and Spokesman, Shiromani Akali Dal and Mr. Charanjit Sigh Brar, OSD to Deputy Chief Minister also welcomed Mr. Jaswinder Singh Kussa, Mr. Ajaib Singh Bahona and Mr. Malkiat Singh Khaee in the party fold.
